Pure Ingredients is a personal chef service in Bend, Sunriver, Redmond and all of Central Oregon.
Pure Ingredients is a one-woman Personal Chef Service located in Bend, Oregon. I work closely with families to get them the freshest ingredients possible, using local and organic products whenever I can. I work weekly and even daily with my clients on menus and recipes to get their meals right, week after week. My Personal Chef Service allows you the freedom to skip the grocery store and come straight home to enjoy the healthy meals we planned in advance. No more "fast food" nights filled with preservatives, sodium and fat. Pure Ingredients uses only top quality ingredients to create healthy and delicious made-from-scratch meals based on your tastes.

One of the best parts of my Personal Chef Service is that it's far less expensive and healthier than eating at a restaurant. I charge by the hour and can get a heckuva lot done in a few hours. And we can control the ingredients from their source all the way to your fork! If you are at all concerned about calories, preservatives, sodium, trans-fats, or pesticides, you know what a good thing that is.
I also offer in-home catering for your private party, holiday party, vacation meals in Central Oregon and the Portland area. The next time you have your friends or family over for dinner, let me take care of the cooking and cleaning, so you can enjoy the evening. Visit with your friends while I prepare a beautiful meal and handle all the clean up. By the time you get to dessert, your kitchen is already beginning to sparkle again!
Pure Ingredients will also cater your wedding or special event. I specialize in special orders.

21 family members gathered in Sunriver for the Christmas holiday. Susan was engaged to prepare four dinners, Christmas being the first. We had turkey, corn bread stuffing, mashed potatoes, green beans, creamed spinach, and pies. Dinner was everything anyone could have dreamt of, delicious, hot, plentiful, and on time. I looked at the ingredients gathered in the kitchen prior to meal preparation noting there were no cans, all fresh ingredients. We debated on the way to Bachelor what they would become, we were right they would become wonderful. I ate the turkey drum stick, it was great, but the green beans with cherry tomatoes were the best. My sister-in-law said the spinach was the best, whereas by wife thought the stuffing was the most wonderful. I just ate leftover turkey, beans, and spinach for breakfast. Now I need to go for a hike to be a worthy candidate for another Susan dinner this evening."-- Milton Bliss, Salem, Oregon
